Jara Capital Partners, a Dallas–Fort Worth based real estate investment firm, has announced the acquisition of an additional 4-unit multifamily property in the high-growth Fort Worth area. This strategic acquisition significantly expands the firm’s portfolio, bringing its total Assets Under Management (AUM) to $4.5 million and increasing its total unit count to 16 units.
With this acquisition, Jara Capital has now successfully raised and deployed $1 million in capital, further solidifying its reputation as an emerging leader in the DFW multifamily investment space. Notably, this latest property is situated on the same street as the firm’s previous acquisitions, demonstrating Jara’s commitment to building concentrated value and transforming entire blocks in fast-growing neighborhoods.
